Exceptional hotel with outstanding cleanliness and service. I am very careful in choosing hotels for hygiene reasons (bathroom, jacuzzi, linens), and this place truly impressed me. The rooms are unique, artistic, and beautifully designed, like staying in an Alpine art gallery. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and attentive. One detail says it all: I checked in at 12:00, used the jacuzzi and sauna, went out for lunch, and upon my return around 18:00, the room had been completely cleaned again, with fresh linens and towels, and a perfectly clean and dried bathroom and jacuzzi. I had never experienced such a level of attention before. Perfect location in Canazei, elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended: a well-deserved 5-star experience.

One of the most luxurious hotels I have ever stayed in, the rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely luxurious! We had a whirlpool tub and it was one of the best things we could do during a ski holiday after a day of snowboarding. The breakfast is very rich and delicious; I have never found anything like it in Europe. The staff is kind and always ready to help us with any need. In short, perfect!
