From his love for cooking, Rifugio Fuciade at Passo San Pellegrino was born, which over time grew from a small mountain hut into a restaurant recommended by the best gastronomic guides. A result achieved thanks to Emanuela, in whose smile Sergio saw sweetness and care, but also great intuition and tenacity.

Together, they have carried forward their passions with commitment and great ingenuity, which they now love to share with guests, who often become friends. With the simplicity of a smile, they invite you to enjoy the welcoming atmosphere created by their collections and the pleasure of good food, sharing their attention and care with their son Martino, who follows in his father's footsteps, already poised to surpass him in skill. The whole family is involved in the parents' mission, each in their own way.

The creation of the Art hotel was overseen by their son Manolo, an architect, who takes care of every structural detail of the family jewels. Nicole, the youngest, participates in the endeavors solely with the strength of her arms, keeping herself, for now, still free to choose her own path, which will nevertheless always run parallel to that of her family.
