Prices

Prices do not include tourist tax of 2.50 € per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 overnight stays (excluding children up to 14 years of age). To be paid locally.
Half-board accommodation includes dinner on arrival date and breakfast on departure date.
If one of the meals included in the offer is not consumed, the price will not be deducted from the total cost.
Offers and promotions are not retroactive and can not be combined.

Rooms

Smoking is forbidden in all rooms. Each room is unique, it houses original works of art and features a furnished balcony.

Reductions and additional charges

Night stay only: – € 10 per person off the BB price
B&B: – € 40 per person per night
3^rd bed: – 30% per person
Double room single use: + 50%

Parking

Free outdoor parking slot
Garage: € 10 per day (limited availability)

Children

Reductions (applicable to rooms with two adults paying full price):

0-1 years old: € 40 per day
2-5 years old: – 50%
6-11 years old: – 40%

Infant bed and changing table available on request

Arrivals & departures

Check-in time: 15.00 – 22.00. For later arrivals please inform the reception upon arrival.
Should you arrive in the morning when the rooms are not ready, please let us know in advance if you wish to leave your luggage in our storage room.
Check-out time: until 11.00.
Late check-out: + 50%, until 16.30, once the hotel staff has confirmed availability of the room.
Room service: Breakfast – € 10 per room, Dinner – € 20 per room
In case of late arrival or early departure, the room price will be fully charged.

Animals

Small size dogs are allowed in certain room types: the fee is € 40 per animal per day. We kindly ask you not to bring your pets in the common areas and to bring their own bed with you, so they can feel at home.

Booking terms & conditions

The booking is confirmed only once the prepayment of 30% of the estimated total has been made (by credit card or via bank transfer), and after receiving the booking confirmation by e-mail.

Payment methods

We accept payments by ATM card, credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard) and in cash (within limits established by law).

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Reservations must be cancelled by e-mail.

If the booking is cancelled at least 31 days prior to your arrival date, the prepayment will be fully refunded.
If the booking is cancelled 31 to 8 days before your arrival date, the prepayment will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled within 8 days before your arrival date and in case of no-shows, the full cost of your stay will be charged.
